An Engineer-turned Fitness Trainer, the journey for me has been of self-realization, learning and full of new adventures. I have been on a path of constantly making myself better everyday. I am a Graduate in Fitness and Lifestyle Modification from Dr. MGR Medical University and a Certified Health and Fitness Instructor and Functional Trainer.
I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
